3.Does My Neon Sign Need Any Professional Installation?

----Hanging new neon signs is usually hassle-free. Custom neon signs have an average weight of 3-6kg and are pre-drilled on the acrylic back panel. All you need to do is fix the neon light on the wall or you can
choose to suspend it from the chain as an optional accessory.

4.Does Neon Sign Offer Variety of Fonts?

---We offer an extensive range of 36 fonts or more,And that’s not all, we can work with almost any font you want as well.If your preferred font isn’t listed on our custom neon sign maker,just contact us with your preferred font and we will make it happen for you!

5.How about your warranty policy?

We provide one year free replacement to non-human damaged signs.
We will produce and ship to customers for free.

6.What’s The Process for Customized Orders?

7.How to be your agent ?

----We are very cautious about accept someone as our agent.
We suggest starting with simple cooperation, having a deeper understanding between each other and then talking about becoming our agent is more feasible.

8.Can your signs fit for outdoor ?

----Our signs led tube material are waterproof or fireproof (Optional).
By default, all signs are made as fireproof led tube which suit for indoor . However, If you would like to install it on outdoor wall which has strong sunlight or heavy rain , Please tell us in advance before releasing order, so that to change material.

9.When I get the quotation ?

----We are very proud to provide you with a timely and professional customize signs service. Under normal circumstances you will receive our sales reply within one business day. If it is a big signage case, such like have dozens of different signage item, it might need 2~3 business days or even longer, but we will try our best to give you the price soon.

10.I have found a lower price for same products, Will you match it ?

----Well, you always can find a supplier with lower price, but mostly when you pay cheap then you will get the cheap.
We are not the best choice if you only want to find a lower price, but we are the best signage supplier with good quality, good service with reasonable price.
Our signage products worth every penny you pay. You only can realize the difference when you the cheap and nasty signage products in your hand, sometimes even after a terrible experience, then it would be too late, you waste the money and time already.
However, we have built our reputation on quality and will keep it that way.

11.What’s your payment term ?

12.Why was i asked to pay the import tax?

---The import duty/tariff is charged by your local customs, if you have any question, please contact with them.

13.Is that possible to see a proof before i pay anything ?

---We will show you the sample signage case image and a free sketch.

14.Would you support the proof when you finish production?

---Yes, we will take photos for the final signage and send to you for your confirmation.
And we will ship the final signage to you only after receiving your confirmation.

15. Can I change the order during the production?

----This cannot be done by default, as this will affect our production plan.
In special cases, after you have paid the losses, we can produce according to the new plan.

16. Can I cancel the order during the production?

---Yes, but payment would be UN-refund . Because we need to pay the cost for the raw material and labor cost.

17.I’m not living in China, can I receive the signs?

---Yes, we use the DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT/etc international express by default, they will deliver the signage for you.

18.Can I update the delivery info during the delivery?

---It depends on the delivery company, some addition cost might be charged by them.

19.Why do you have a 24-hours keep lighting test ?

---After the 24-hours keep lighting test, most signage issue would be found so that we can fix them.
